LILIA G. ALCARAZ
Immigration Attorney

Lilia G. Alcaraz leads the firm's immigration and global migration practice group.  She represents clients in all areas of immigration law, including family, employment, and business immigration.  Her clients include established corporations, start-up companies, and individuals from a wide range of educational and cultural backgrounds.  

She assists individuals in obtaining legal immigration status through family or self petitions, including VAWA relief and U visas for victims of violent crimes or abuse.  She also advises businesses on immigration compliance issues, coordinates I-9 audits, and lectures to managers on worksite compliance programs.    

Ms. Alcaraz defends clients from deportation before immigration courts across the United States.  She also represents individuals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

During law school, Ms. Alcaraz was a judicial intern for The Honorable Dean A. LeVay for the United States Immigration Court in Phoenix, Arizona.  She also studied at the Sorbonne in Paris, France, and she completed post-graduate legal studies in taxation at the University of Denver.

RONALD J. TOCCHINI
Immigration Attorney

Ronald J. Tocchini concentrates his legal practice in matters involving cross-border investment projects, business immigration, corporate finance, and complex litigation. His past work reflects a wide variety of clients that range from multinational companies to individual entrepreneurs.

Mr. Tocchini has previously taught undergraduate and graduate classes at Utah Valley State University, Washington State University, and the University of Arizona.  He regularly lectures on business law and litigation topics to attorneys, accountants, and managers across the country under the auspices of the National Business Institute.  He continues to research, write, and publish on subjects involving corporate entity law, international business ventures, and asset protection techniques.

He is licensed to practice law in California, Oregon, and Washington.  He has also been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.  He has previously been admitted pro hac vice in Arizona, Illinois, Oklahoma and Texas federal trial courts. 

Mr. Tocchini has extensive experience in all phases of state and federal civil litigation.  He has acted as lead trial or appellate counsel in courts across the United States for clients from all over the world.
